Phil went above and beyond assisting us to obtain finance earlier this year. We had previously been pre-approved for finance through our bank broker, only for it to fall through due to a change in lending criteria. We were recommended to talk to Phil as he might be able to assist. Phil had the difficult task of trying to find a new finance provider for us. Phil put in a lot of effort to get to know us and our needs before approaching the appropriate lenders. Despite a couple of knock backs Phil kept persisting and eventually our finance was approved and our off the plan purchase finalised. Throughout the whole process Phil (who remained optimistic despite our frustrations) kept us informed and was extremely helpful. We would recommend his services to anyone seeking finance.
